Minimum order value is £150 Plus VAT for deliveries made by our own vehicles. If deliveries need to be made using a parcel company we cannot send items containing liquid due to weight restrictions. If you need to place an order which contains Liquid item then the minimum order value id £750 plus VAT to allow deliveries to be completed with a pallet company.

Delivery of your order will be within 5 Working days of placing an order, however we will aim to deliver earlier if possible.

For all new customers payments terms are strictly C.O.D. and in most cases payment will be taken in advance via the website Payment Portal or Bank Transfers

The safest methods to pay are via the website payment portal or via Bank Transfer.

We DO NOT offer Sale or Return on any product we sell. The customer is responsible for all purchases.

We do not take back any expired stock which you have purchased from World Link Wholesale Ltd.

You can return items as long as they are in the original packaging, they have full quantity of stock present, and the item is in good condition for resale. World Link Wholesale Ltd has the final say if the returned item is acceptable or not.

If a World Link Wholesale Ltd vehicle is completing the delivery, then return the item to the driver. If you have received your order via a courier company then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the returns unless you have been sent a product which you did not order.

If you have paid in advance or C.O.D for your goods, the amount of the return will be credited back to your payment card or Bank Account. Credit customers will receive a Credit note which will be deducted from your next delivery.

We do not book in orders for particular dates or times, however we will keep you informed of possible delivery dates.
